Yes, there are countless real estate books, ebooks, courses, seminars, even private coaching. For the do-it-yourself real estate investor, little more might be needed.

For many of us investors, though, we hesitate before investing in real estate. We will make buying decisions for clothing, electronics, automobiles and homes, quite easily. In fact, we sometimes make a decision to buy a new home, quicker than making clothing, electronic or automobile decisions. But when it comes to investing our money, that's different. We're afraid to lose. It's only natural.

The first step for most cautious investors is to purchase a book, an ebook, a course, or attend a seminar. Armed with the necessary knowledge to start investing, what do they do? Buy another book, ebook,  course, or attend another seminar. They might even pay the big bucks for small group or one-on-one coaching - the coach's ultimate dream income. Many potential investors never actually make that first investment. Many others proceed, fail, lose some money and give up. Some meet with some success. Others succeed, again and again. We were approached by a few investors looking for help in achieving regular and steady positive returns. After careful consideration and all the warnings that their money could be lost, we let them invest with us. Not only have those investors achieved continuous gains, they are literally investing, worry free. Why? We do all the work!

To begin with, we work only with serious and experienced investors who are not investing their very last dollar.  We invest in three primary areas - existing commercial properties, new commercial developments and high end residential properties. Each area has different investment alternatives, with differing risks and rewards. The primary difference here, that is worth repeating, is that we do not simply give advice and profit from that advice. We are not armchair quarterbacks. We are investors. Hands on. And we invite our private and inner circle investors to invest with us. Together we leverage our resources and multiply our net worth.
